Update as of Aug 23- I am a direct employee of a fortune 20 company. I had my interview for visa stamping on 5th August, 2015. They kept my passport, i797 approval notice and employment confirmation letter and gave me the white 221g with a checkmark next to administrative processing. No status update since then.
