I appeared for interview in Delhi Embassy and it was a case of H1 B extended Visa from a reputed client and big employer. I was already in USA for 3 years and came for a vacation.Consular collected all passports including my old passport along with I797 original which was stapled at the gate after asking few questions. He did not say approved but collected all passports. Since then my status shows Administrative Processing. I tried to track and sent email to support center. I found in the standard email reply the case reason is mentioned as -Hold case/ 221g & refusals/214B.I was not issued any slip of any color. Is it a normal reason or something serious ? Till today they did not contacted my employer and myself. My passport status also shows as There is no status update available for the passport number mentioned. What should I do, is there any other option to track whats going on in my case ? How long I should wait, is there chances of refusal of Visa ?
