Appeared for H1B renewal. I had B1, L1, and H1B visa interviews before and never had any problem. Now for renewal, they issued for 221(g) blue slip. He asked me resume which I never carried for visa interview and which he asked me to mail it later. Also they asked me for invite letter which we will not get for renewal after 4 years of working. I still had letter from employer stating my roles and responsibilities, my salary and other things which I provided. I submitted these documents online next day 31st October. Do I need to submit these documents at VFS office? In the 221(g) letter, he didn't tick any of those boxes except saying its under administrative processing. Its almost 4 weeks and I haven't heard back from them. Any suggestions?
