Went for stamping on 7th Oct 2015 in Chennai consulate. After discussion VO has taken all the docs and asked me to wait. After 2hrs waiting 221g blue slip handed over with Administrative Processing checked, returned my passport and asked me to leave. Not even asked any other docs from me.
Here is the timelines :
7-Oct-2015 : Visa interview.
18-Feb-2016 : Got a mail from ustraveldocs to collect the doces from VAC
24-Feb-2016 : Collected the documents. Got a letter saying 'Your petition has send back to USCIS for further review'.
No update in CEAC, But USCIS case status updated as "Petition sent back to USCIS for further review"
My suggestions : I got decision only 4months, comparatively much faster than other people. If you want speedup your process call USTravelDocs and escalate the case after 60days. Calling NVC will not help except to know the status and lasr case updated. Calling consulate will be no use.
I think.. its the end of my petition. All the best for every one here.
