Hi, I attended interview on Oct-15 at Chennai consulate for H1B. I work on EVC model. The VO asked my Employer name, Client name and if i have a middle vendor. I gave true reply. I was asked for client letter, MSA with the middle vendor, W2. I was asked to wait for 2.5 hrs and I was given a blue slip with no documents maked by VO. He just told there is no ned to submit any documents and it is in Admin processing and they need some time. Its nearly 2 months and the site shows "Administrative Processing" since Oct 15. Passport was not collected. Anyone who attended during the same time had this issue and is there any update?
29/12/2015- Still waiting.. No update.. Call to consulate gives me the standard reply..
12/1/2016- Got email to submit Passport
13/1/2016- Submitted Passport
Consulate Holidays 15 to 18 Jan
19/1/2016- First status Update in ceac website. Status still AP
20/1/2016- Visa status "ISSUED" in ceac website
21/1/2016- Passport received with Visa.
