I answered all questions asked by VO officer. She said it will need a couple of days and they will contact me by email and then I have drop off my passport. She also said I don't have to come for interview again.
I have my I-140 approved, I really did not think I will face any issue. I was living in USA for last 7 years, first 3 on L1B and then last 4 on H1B extensions with another employer. I have got 4 stamping so far without any issues and have been working in It for last 16 years. My wife and kid is in USA and I had come for a medical emergency of my mother and was planning to go back on 10th Dec. I hope I get it by 10th then I wont loose my air fare.
This is fun...something interesting happening in life.I feel worried and alive again. :-)

Received email from consulate asking to submit passport along with the 221g on friday. 4th Dec at 2:30 pm.
Submitted them on Monday 7/12/2015.
Got Passport with VISA stamp back on Thursday 10/12/2015
