Hi,
I had my H1B visa stamping interview on 28th September, 2015. The Consulate had kept my passport, offer letter and approved I797 copy. It's been more than 60 days for me but no update yet. My employer had replied to the questionnaire asked by the consulate on 4th November.
I called Customer care and emailed to [email protected] but they reply with the same answer that some 221(g) process takes extra time.
I really don't know the reason behind this delay. Can anyone help or suggest something?
