I went for visa interview at BKC on Dec 14 and received 221g. When I checked barcode number on slip it is for H4 for my spouse. I am not sure what additional verification they like to do. I have never had any issues during F1 and first time H1 / H4 stamping. They asked me regular questions and lady was typing and went back and forth with staff inside embassy. She told me they may need some time to verify and handed over whiteslip with no checkboxes. Any one on the same boat?? I am sure we all will get cleared sooner as I know this process is affecting lot of people. Good luck guys I will post as soon as I have an update on my case.
