Timeline
07-Dec-2015 : Biometric
09-Dec-2015 : Visa interview. Given 221g blue form. Asked to submit the following through email
1. Project Details
2. All USCIS submitted petition documents
3. Employer's last 2 years tax return
Passport was given to me. CEAC site status date 9th Dec 2015 - AP
20-Jan-2016 : At 10AM, Received email from Chennai H&L to submit the passport. No change in CEAC site status.
22-Jan-2016 : First time update in CEAC status date to 22-Jan-2016. Status still in AP
25-Jan-2016 : At 3PM, Received mail that passport will be sent to the collection centre. CEAC site updated status ISSUED on 25JAN2016. Collected the Passport at VFS by giving them a photocopy of my ID (PAN card - need to show them the original). Visa stamped!
