Attended interview for H1 along with my spouse for H4 on Jan 12, 2016. VO asked very basic questions and made us to wait for 2.5hrs and then issued blue slip(221G) and said not able to pull up my petion details.

19.2.16 status updated date changed
25.2.16 got an email ustraveldocs to collect the documents
26.2.16 collected the courier. I797 and a new blue form(221g) were there. Told to submit the passport via blue form.
Submitted passport @ VAC on the same day.
04.3.16 status updated date changed (still on admin processing)
07.3.16 status changed to Issued.
