I appeared for the visa interview in Kolkata consulate on 16th Dec. Originally it was scheduled for Chennai a week before and rescheduled it to Kolkata due to flood.
The consular officer asked normal questions which I answered. Then he had a discussion with another person and asked me to wait. After sometime he handed a 221g for administrative processing. He didn't ask for any document to be submitted. He took all the company related documents I had and also my passport.
Since then the online status has not changed. I called up NVC today. They said the case is moving forward although the online status has not changed. She did not give any timeline for it to be completed.
