Feb 29, 2016: Biometrics done. No wait - in and out of facility in 15 minutes. Staff in the Atlanta application support center friendly and helpful. Waiting for interview letter. Status still says Case was received...
Mar 11, 2016: Status changed to "Case is in line for an interview."
Mar 31, 2016: Status online changed to "Interview has been scheduled." Waiting for letter.
Apr 7, 2016: Interview notice received. Interview date is May 5, 2016.
May 5, 2016: Had interview at Atlanta office. Staff were friendly and courteous. Interview was not difficult, wait times were as expected. They gave me the option of either having my Oath Ceremony notice mailed to me or waiting 40 mins for it. I opted to wait 40 mins. My Oath Ceremony is May 13, 2016.
May 13, 2016 - Oath Ceremony was enjoyable and well conducted. I'm a citizen now, and have my certificate. Applied for passport as well!
June 9, 2016 - Received US Passport. Process is complete - will still contact Social Security though.
