EAD approved , and card is said to have been mailed and delivered on Nov 20, 2015 by USPS. However, card was never received. ( Lost in the mail or stolen). Called the National service center in December 2015, because I had not yet received the card. I was told at that point that records show the card was mailed and delivered on Nov 2015 9 (I had no idea prior to that). I was also told that nothing could be initiated until after 60 days from the day it was mailed). I called again in January ( which is when the 60 days period was falling ), at which point I was told to apply for a replacement, in the C9 category ,full fee is required for the replacement. Applied for the replacement on 02/02/2016. Did not get a receipt or documents back or nothing whatsoever up until march. Called the national service center again with the concern. Was given the lockbox email for help locating my replacement application. Notified on March 21 that package received feb 02 and is being reviewed- now pending
