I attended the interview on 04/04/2016 in Mexico City consulate.
I have a DUI from 2014 which is now closed but not expunged.
After basic employer related questions I was given aa 221(g) (white slip/form –with the address of the medical centre) referring to a Panel Physician to undergo a medical examination to verify if I had any chemical dependencies.
I immediately went the Medical office and got the tests completed (x-ray, blood test, Psychiatric exam) - and the results were sent in the same day on 04/04/2016.
I have been checking the visa status link https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx – and it is showing as “Administrative Processing” since 04/04/2016. I went to the Consulate on Monday (04/18) and today as well, My passport is with the consulate right now and they said I just have to wait and they don’t have a Time frame.
It has been 3 weeks now, and the status is still "Administrative Processing".
