Hi All,
I attended H1b Visa interview in New Delhi and got white slip. I was interviewed twice on the day. One at the counter and another in separate room totally by 3 members before they issued white slip. All my documents are taken except passport. I will working in Employee Client model in inhouse project. However, product development is in progress. I was questioned on the specific client for the product and even though, my employer has several clients, I will working directly for my employer. My 221g status in still showing administrative processing after one month. It seems, my details are sent back to USCIS. Does anyone have idea about how many days it might take for change in status or visa to be approved ? Your expert thoughts and opinions are welcome. It has become routine to check status of my application for more than an year :-(
