PD i-475,i-765 and i-131 >9/26/19 i-130 approved at 25 March 2020 and still no update for other forms.
IOE receipt number is Texas service center.
That's normal, I got approved for my i-130 last a day before. So keep hoping and doing what you suppose to be.
