Nope, it is with the embassy and not yet handed over to VFS :-( this is pathetic
Mine is exactly same status as yours...printed on 4th Jan, dispatched on 5th Jan and never Ack'ed at SFO....no status since then.
This is very concerning and frustrating to know. My OCI has been dispatched from MEA on 5th Jan and still not yet acknowledged at SFO consulate...
