It was always showing administrative processing for both of us two posters in this thread.
Mine changed to issued today on the 12th.
From what I know that is normal. There status changes once the passport leaves the consulate for shipping to you. Administrative processing...
I think that's normal. It will show rejected until it changes to approved.
