I received the card on April 26. Phew!
As an update to this, I got an email to send the old PIO card for the matchup process. I hope it won't be too long after this.

I applied for an OCI in lieu of PIO for my minor children, sent the application in December, date of ack. is 5 January. It still says Documents ...
So it has been 89 days now.
