I get it in LA from Postal and Parcel live scan store.they do live scan,biometrics and issued ID called California State residence ID.i think it...
It's not a state ID that come from DMV though.
They didn't allow me to have my biometrics done,even if we explain to them and shows proof that IRS have my passport and birth certificate....
