My husband's AP was only valid for 90 days. So he had to travel any time within those 90 days.
I'm sorry to hear that. You need to have had the approval notice and AP document before September 5th in order to still use it :(
They are not going to approve any more after september 5th. And any ones that were pending will be refunded.
Can you let me know how the Advance Parole works? Was it easy as just showing them your document and they allowed you back into the U.S.?
