yes you can as long as you have canada visitor visa you can book the slot and attend the interview.
yes you can absolutely book an appointment and get the visa stamped, i did it after 7y of expiry!
status shows issued but didnt receive any email or tracking details!
@sam40 where did you track the passport to collect it. I did check DS160 status page it shows approved.
