Thank you, no word yet. Really unbelievable service :).
I called again, absolutely worthless service, asked me if I had received anybody else's passport.
This is extremely frustrating, also appalled by the lack of service and incompetence by VFS.
None whatsoever ! Total black hole, I need my passport back, as I have some other travel plans.
I live in MA, I have applied in NY.
