They have up to 90 days to reply with a decision, but usually takes way less then 90 days .

Wow, Yea here in California on the USCIS website says 3 months. But I had a RFE and the holidays on the way. Good luck.

Sounds about right because when i sent my REF took about 1 months after they receive it to schedule the interview, but during that Month waiting...

I just check my status online and now shows card pick up by USPS and will delivered Wednesday December 30th.
