My L1A extension was approved under normal processing on July 28, 2025; however, I have not yet received the Form I-797A, which contains the new I-94. I did receive Form I-797C stating that my Form I-129S has been approved, and the USCIS online case status also confirms the approval as of July 28, 2025....11-17-2025, 04:38 PM

I am trying to fill out the application for eVisa for my upcoming visit. But on selecting type of e-visa the website is not showing any purpose of visit option and throwing error for not selecting purpose of visit. The first page itself is not letting me move forward. I'm stuck and frustrated.

Please advise what should be entered in this section for a contractor filing income under business and profession. Under 44ADA, self employed tax payers receive 50% deduction. So, the amount to be entered in this section is before 50% deduction or after 50% deduction. Thanks.11-13-2025, 11:19 PM
