Hi My status is Administrative process. all my educational certificates they checked and they return back and my passport also they return back but they kept all my H1B Docs like I129 and I797 and USCIS Docs and my employer letter and Client letter everything they taken they told me they need some more time will tacke on ur final decession and they given 221g blue form still my case is Administrative process only. how many days it will take but april 2 nd i attended interview and april 30 they contacted to my client for verification call but my client told it's went somethly but still not changed any status. still it is in administrative process please if u know give me comments on my case. i am eagerly waiting for my status update. they told me after interview after verification u will get mail like drop passport but i am not yet recived any mail.

As my interview was good and got a confirmation from US consulate but also issued me a 221G form as in a form stating that your application is under administrative process.
FYI consulate didnt collected my passport.

me and my wife applied for B2 visa for Tourism purposes on 16th aug 2013, my wife was issued the visa and her passport was retained. But I was given a white slip with a case number and was asked to reply to a email that would be sent. My passport was returned right away. As far as i remember, the officers last question to me was " what is my full name? post which he called 2 other officers and showed them something on the screen as if he was comparing info. As far as i know, my name is correct in all my previous ds 160, so the problem could be because of a common muslim name or the fact that i mentioned about my upcoming business of pharmacy ( general medical store) in the latest ds 160...so that might be a TAL scenario for them as pharmocology or pharmaceutical is mentioned in TAL list. Well, I gt the email the same day and replied to it yesterday? well, need suggestions here as my travel dates are 30th AUG 2013 and my wifes VISA is approved...Need advice?
