Advance Parole
I heard many time that was very risky to reenter to the States with the AP.

The first time I arrived , was very late on nigth I was sent to THE ROOM and it was empty.I spent no more that five minutes to be ready to claim my bags.

The second time I arrived at 6pm , THE ROOM was full I need to wait two hours until my turn arrived. The problem is not the AP , the problem is the number of people on THE ROOM.

I learned the experience and in following trips I tried to arrive very late on nigth.

My recomendation, arrive with a good book to read,by patient and you will never have problems.

travel on AP
I just had to show AP with passport&visa at the airport. that's all. I had a little problem with them. they said they never seen this kind of document before. so, they went to talk with someone who might be a bigger position to see this paper. it was happen at the airport in my country and airport in chicago.
so, about England, just the same, show it whenever you have to show your passport.

Please do not deal with WWICS. Their fees is very high but their service stinks. I had one of the worst experiences of my life with them. Trust me you dont want to have anything to do with them. I was anxious about applying for a greencard and was looking for well established company who have done the greencard process so many times that it had become a routine process for them. They messed it up so many times that INS returned my papers many times. When I asked them apply for my advance parole they delayed and dragged their leg on it and sent it to wrong center that I could not go to India for my own wedding.

HAving had trouble getting AP approved in time we finally went to our congressman, his assistant made an immediate call and we got what we needed. He was really helpful. I recommend this route for all trouble in relation to similar enquiries.

Finally we went to our wedding and had NO TROUBLE AT ALL ON RE-ENTRY. The immigration guy said that we could leave and re-enter once a month safetly.

Do not listen to all the scare stories and live your life as you should, not within the "I wouldn't leave" attorney speak....thats my advice. If we had listened to 99% of the advice we would have had to cancel our formal wedding and miss out on a really significant event in our lives.

Thats my tuppence, good luck to all.

No problem at re-entry on AP
My husband had to travel out of the country on business and had a smooth re-entry. In fact, he had forgotten to fill in a portion of the form, which the immigration officer filled in and dated, and then turned around and wished my husband a Very Happy Birthday, as he had arrived here on his birthday!!!

Very polite people
