N400 processing time 12-36 Months!
Hello everyone,
Did you see the processing time for N400? Is this is a glitch or they really mean 36 months... I hate the day I immigrated to the US. What a nightmare dealing with the immigration process :(

I751 and N400 pending
Does anyone who filed N400 while I751 was pending have any updates? Like is anything happening cause it looks like nothing moving at least for me.

I filed I751 in March 2019 in TX CS, finger prints nov 2019, N400 filed online feb 2020 and I 751 got transferred to NBC on 4.30.2020 and not a word since then.

Is anyone experiencing the same ? Or did anyone get approved within this year with similar situation??

I751 escalated to the Senator
Hi guys,
I posted about my experience earlier in the thread, and want to give updates on my case as well as ask a question. So, to remind I've been waiting for my permanent green card for over 18 months now, Texas office. We submitted an online "outside the processing time" inquiry, and today, I spoke to a level 2 officer who told me that apparently we're in line to be scheduled for an interview which it might take up to 52 months to have! To my question, why our interview wasn't waived and how come there are lots of people who submitted later that us and they have already gotten their cards and without interviews, her response was "well, that's just individual case-based decisions and unfortunately, yours wasn't waived". When I asked what's the problem with our case or documents we submitted, or if there's anything they're missing, she said nothing was wrong, but now it's mandatory that they interview everyone. She said she was sorry she couldn't give me better news. Now, I feel like what she said doesn't sound 100% true, because there are still cases that get approved without interviews. So now we're just hoping that our escalation to the senator is going to help.
Does anyone have a similar experience? And does anyone know if this is true that now interviews are mandatory?

Thanks!

Anxiously Waiting Divorce Waiver i751
Hi my fellow patiently waiting members,

I just wanted to share my situation and see what you guys think of my difficult journey. I filed my I-751 in Texas in January of 2020 with a waiver. It's strange because I got sent to go do biometrics right away in February 2020.

My lawyer said I should expect to hear to get an Rfe by June or july 2020 because I have to send in my divorce decree because my divorce wasnt finalized when I sent in my i751.

I was married to my husband for a very short time because our marriage fell apart because our values in life just didnt add up. Do you think I will be successful? I sent in leases, joint taxes, joint bank statements, pictures, affidavits, joint health insurance, beneficiary, joint car insirance but we spent a lot of time apart during our marriage .

Anyone in the same boat as me for filing in Texas service center with a divorce waiver in January 2020, did you hear anything yet? Or somewhat similar to my situation with a waiver,

Thanks guys

Passing the interview while divorced?
Hi All,

My case says it is ready to be scheduled for an interview after being bounced around offices for a while. My marriage is also in question. Has anyone had experience passing the interview for removal of the condition I-751 while divorced? What are the odds of success?
