APPLYING TO REMOVE I-751
Hello there. Hope everyone is safe
My conditional green card is expiring on October and I have to sent everything by July 2020(next month)

I think me and my wife(U.S citizen) have enough evidence, we were living for a year at her aunt’s house and she wrote us an affidavit and mention it too, and we just moved in our new apartment 2 months ago. I couldn’t put my wife’s name on a lease due to her low credit so apartment denied her application. I don’t want this to be a red flag for us. Do you know if there’s another way to show them we live together? I don’t know if I will be able to put her as attend on the lease. What do you think?

We have 4-5 affidavits from family, joint bank statements, filling jointly taxes, travel together, A LOT OF PICS, she is under my car insurance as well. All documents with the new adress.
We are going to change our adress on driver licenses to nee adress as well.

I just want your opinion. Do people really get called in 2nd interview with all those normal evidences? We’ve been married for 3 years and 6 months

Case approved card being processed!!!! Thank GOD!!!
Hello-
Here is my timeline located in
Houston, Tx.

07/23/19 -We received your Form I-751
11/21/19- biometrics where taken
11/22/19- biometrics where updated have been applied to your case
05/01/20- on egov.uscis.gov says under case updated but nothing else is updated. When I log in to my.uscis.gov it’s says May 1st case was received to local office.

Waiting.......
So I decided to call customer service (which was waste of time) She did not seem to care or want to help. She was like your case seems like it was transferred to your local office maybe for an interview. But, not sure but wait it’s still at the Texas SC. Then I was like so where is it?? She’s like i don’t know if you don’t have anymore questions “thank you for calling” bla bla bla and hangs up. So, I’m assuming it was transferred to balance the work load since that’s something that Uscis does.

I posted this a few days ago and today I got my notice today for approval.

Transferred to Potomac Processing Time of I-751
Hello Everyone,

VCS received my I-751 package in the first week of May 2019. And case transferred to Potomac on February 5th to Potomac.

Potomac processing time is 12.5 to 18.5 months. I have seen two people here from VCS and their cases transferred to Potomac on January 22nd, 2020.

Thair approximate timeline is around 14 months. I would like to hear if anyone has heard anything from Potomac who has the case is pending since Feb5th 2020.

I was wondering if they are finished with January transferred and moving on to February fillers. Also, Did anybody heard any update regarding bailout in USCIS. Did congress approve 1.2 billion yet? if USCIS cuts 70% of their employees starting by June, our wait time will extend another year.

I am trying to find a hope here. I will gladly appreciate any type of response.

Atlanta Filer Update (Texas Service Centre)
Hi y'all.

Timeline:

I751 filed and received June 11 2019

Biometrics on Dec 2

Case status apparently updated on 4/22/2020 however, while the date changed ,there was no actual status change on either the case status website or myuscis. it still showed finger prints applied on one and We received your case,You do not need to do anything at this time blah blah blah on the other.
I called USCIS several time to inquire about the supposed invisible status change but depending on who you got on any given day I got responses varying from your file was transferred to local office , file was supposed to be transferred but they never went through with it, and finally last week, your file was transferred to the national benefits centre. I can't honestly tell you which one of those was true.

Today June 10th at 6pm, one day shy of a year, I got the magical "On June 10, 2020, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number SRC **** *" update.

Evidence submitted:
2016,2017,2018 Tax transcripts( no W2 or 1040s)
three years worth of bank statements
three years worth of credit card statements
health insurance cards and claim logs
401k showing my wife as beneficiary
accidental death insurance-family
2017, 2018 leases
marriage certificate
3 pictures
e-trade and ally investment account statements

We didn't submit any affidavits and most of the files I have been seeing get approved recently had them so I worried that maybe that's why ours was delayed but apparently not. Like I wrote in 2017 when we first got approved for the 2 year green card; I can not forget to thank all of you on this forum. we did this without a lawyer, however, the information we got off of here was enough to give us the confidence to tackle this sans advocat.

N-400 here we come next week!!!!!!!!!!!
