Please do not deal with WWICS. Their fees is very high but their service stinks. I had one of the worst experiences of my life with them. Trust me you dont want to have anything to do with them. I was anxious about applying for a greencard and was looking for well established company who have done the greencard process so many times that it had become a routine process for them. They messed it up so many times that INS returned my papers many times. When I asked them apply for my advance parole they delayed and dragged their leg on it and sent it to wrong center that I could not go to India for my own wedding.

EAD Lost
Hi
we have applied work authorisation in may 2004 and approved in August 2004. We haven't received anything upto 30 August then we called National customer serviec center, they have told , the post office could not deliver it and we will repost it again, but wait for 4 weeks. Now i check status again online, they saying, we are in process of sending new documents. I have got job offer but can't start until i get EAD document. Can anyone please suggest me, is it worth waiting????????
thanks
Raj

EAD approved.
Hello all,

Our EAD application has been approved July 7'th. We had filed for the documents in March. Checked my case online and they have mailed the approved documents on the 10'th of july. I would not be using the EAD, but my spouse/wife, in all possibility would be. Applied for I-140 also in March. Waiting for that to get approved.

EAD Lost
I had the same problem (EAD was approved and lost in the mail). I got an email saying returned back to INS. So I called and updated the address (in fact I never moved, I have been living in the same place from the beginning). They said they are going to send the EAD again.

Hoping that I will get it.

So people be careful while giving the address. Be clear and make sure the address is correct.

EAD
Hi my company applied for EAD with some attorney. The attorney firm is futile and they can't help it.In my case my EAD was approved but returned back as the mail was undeliverable.
As soon as we saw this we called to the national service center and updated the address.we rather verified the address. We called up many times and they said we will post it.Fnally one day i get a letter from INS that they don't keep the undeliverable cards after 90 days and now i have to reapply it .
I am in the course of applying .
My attorney refused to help me .I am kinda left alone.

The lesson is be careful while sending address and make sure that you don't move for thefirst 90 days.

Getting EAD
I see messages from people on this discussion forum saying EAd was lost in mail.

I applied for my EAD in sep 2002 and it was apprved in apr 2003 from california service centre and mailed out to my address , but the same was not delivered to me. It was lost in mail, whenever I called Ins customer service, they did not tell me as to what I shud do and each one would tell something different.

I checekd my post office, went to dead letter office, checked in my previous address, wrote to service centre, nothing worked. And finally , one of the INS customer srevice rep said, I need to reapply again. Hell broke loose cos, my company was under acqusition by another co.

I reapplied and waited for 90 days and went to my local ins for the interim ead. Had a tuff time in getting it approved cos they were not ready to issue quoting number of reasons, finally I got it approved and I was relieved.

So for people whose ead is lost in mail, no way to trace it, straight away reapply.

Its not yet over, My advance parole is also lost and RFE was sent and I have sent them the requested documents, got to wait for that.
