After going through a long verification process, believing it to be over, we started processing payments with this PingPong company, but it turned out that instead of doing financial transactions, they played Ping Pong with me.
And the verification process it seems that will never end. For every payment, no matter how small the value is, you have to waste days with their support service, trying to make the payment succeed.
When I asked for a payment cancellation, they cancelled the payment but they never refunded my money.
NO funds in my PingPong balance and NO funds back to my bank account. When I asked PingPong about it, they said I should process a Recall. What?????? A recall???? How about that? Why??????
So at this time, NO MONEY, No bank account. Also PingPongX.com just informed me they will stop processing payments for me, and they sent me a FINAL answer saying "we are so sorry that we cannot help you with this" . Of course, their support mode is SILENT.
