I mean for I-485 with marriage purposes.
I was reading a lot in this site and seems to be that people who has sent the medical report with the whole GC package is getting waived? Would be great to know if any of you have had this great experience yet...

Philadelphia Filers???
Hey guys, now that we know that uscis plans to open up their offices on or after June 4th, did anyone received any rescheduled interview letter? Especially from Philadelphia or Pittsburg office?
To my understanding, the governor of Pennsylvania has announced to put all counties of Pennsylvania into yellow phase by June 4th. This means that under the yellow phase, most of the businesses will be able to open, especially the govt./ federal offices.
Do we have to talk to the office of USCIS to check about interview reschedulling?

social Security Card is in hold
Hey guys on Feb 1 2020 I received my EAD and I went to applied for my social security card (I had one before because I was married , so I just need change my last name ) and I don’t receive nothing yet. I went to the social security office three times and called but nothing . The last time I called the lady told me USCIS get my social in hold . So anyone have the same problem?

Green cards delivered today
For those who may have seen my previous post. I was approved for a waiver of interview for me and my 11 year old child. Interview was scheduled for April 21, 2020. Received request for medical and additional evidence early April .
Response was delivered to field office April 20, 2020. I130 and I 485 were approved May 19, 2020. Both cards were delivered today. For additional information about my case please click on my profile to see previous experiences that I’ve shared. Best wishes everyone!

I-485 rejection notice
I got my second rejection today. I don't know what I am (me and my attorney) doing wrong.
The rejection notice says
"One or more of the following field(s) were not completed:
- I am filing as
Please be sure to complete the application fully, submit the appropriate fees, and include all required supporting documentation."
Any suggestion welcome at this point.

05/11/2020 white courtesy letter stating form i693 does not list i485 applicant's name
Can it be a mistake since me and my husband filed together ...it can be his own in my package and he got mine ......all his cases stuck at case was received...he havent done any boi yet

Courtesy Letter.
Hi guys, so I filed my I-485. I'm married to an American Citizen. PD April 29, 2020. Today I got a yellow Courtesy letter saying "all pages of form i-693 are not present or of the same revision date." I find this strange because i submitted all the pages and I did my medical in April also. So there should not be any problems with the date. Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you,

Hi All,
My I-130 was approved 6 days ago and I am confused by the paragraph below on the notice:
"The petition indicates that the beneficiary is in the United States and wishes to apply for adjustment of status to that
of a lawful permanent resident. He or she should submit a copy of this notice, along with a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or
Adjust Status."
I already filed I-485 & related documents after the priory date on the initial I-130 notice. Do I need to send in I-485 notice along with the copy of I-130 approval notice?
I am still waiting on EAD although I am in no hurry of getting it since I am on H1B.

Recently I’ve got ead, but the assistant of my lawyer didn’t reorder me a social security card . I had one from J-1 program but it has restrictions.
So my question is :
What do you have guys written on your ssc? Does it says : valid for work only with DHS authorization ? (like mine says)
