Hi Guys,
I filed my case in March 2019 I-130 and I-485 marriage based in Baltimore field office. The denied my i485 because my application was in complete. They sent me RFE for I-130. They approved my I-130 2 months later without an interview. Does this happen regularly?
Then i resubmitted i-485 in September. My status changed to ready to schedule for interview since Dec 5. It was updated again to ready to be scheduled to interview in Feb 14. Since then nothing has changed.
Is it common to get an approved I-130 without an interview? If so does that mean I will still need an interview for the I-485?

I got married last year and filled for GC in January. I have a SSN because I had it when I was a student here before. I filled my taxes jointly with my husband (USC) and he just got his stimulus check but only the $1200, not the $2400. My question is, since I am still pending for the green card, should I have received it? This is so frustrating.

I-485 Did interview on 25FEB still waiting for answer
Hello everyone. So i did my green card based on marriage on 25Februray 2020 and the officer after finishing the interview and telling me that i was approved but he will need new medical exam and sponsors 2019/2018 tax return . I got them all ready and sent them to uscis and they receive them on the 18March so its being a month now and no update online on my case i only got update of my I-30 petition that it was approved on the day after the interview but still no update on I-485 . Should i file for a service request or wait more ? Anyway one with samelt experience please advice

Based on your experience, how long would it take to get the EAD/SSN? I know the income tax due date was moved til 07/15 so we just want to clear that out.
Also, we are planning our religious wedding in Mexico for February 2021 and due the coronavirus novel we think a lot of cases will be affected, several interviews were cancelled and those I think must have priority and that can push more cases probably 2-3 months, do you guys think we should keep that date or try to make some changes?

Ssn and gc received 20/0
I received my ssn january 7 2020. And my greencard came about 2 monta after interview. Feb10 2020. As i still haven’t used my ssn for work, and no taxes to file, my wife still did ffiled out taxe and did Married Filing Jointly eve though i didn’t have income. With all of the things happening now here in NYC, and both me and my wife jobless. She filed for unemployment. Still it’s bot enough to pay rent and food and the rest of our bills for the coming month. We are using credit cards to get us thru this. Now if i receive my ssn this yr, does anyone know if i qualify for the stimulus check? We received our 2019 refund along with 1200 stimulus check. Does that mean only my wofe gets the check, we get one instead of 2? From what i read i should qualify. We are trying to find all means to get us thru this pandemic... all info would be appreciated. STATUS CHANGE 3 MONTHS AFTER THE INTERVIEW TO "YOUR CASE MUST BE REVIEWED"
Hi Guys, I had my interview on the 7th of January and our interview was great, IO just asked a few questions and look into our album and told us we have enough, strong evidence and she got all she needs. But because of my minor arrest 4 years ago, she said it would take 2-3 weeks for me to get the approval. (additional background checks)
We left the office really happy But since then my online case status never changed as "ready for interview" until today, it changed to "your interview was completed, your case must be reviewed". (both forms I-485, I-130)
It's strange that I got this update 3 months after the interview, most people get these updates same day after the interview or day after. Then 3 months later they get their approval. I was expecting an approval notice..
I just wanted to ask your opinion if you have experienced something similar. Receiving "must be reviewed" update 3 months after the interview and how long should it take for them to conclude with a decision.

Got I-485 RFE on - feb/ 18/ 2020
RFE sent on feb /20/ 2020 from that day till now no response

I-485 decision held for review
Hi everyone so we had an interview on 10 of Feb 2020 in queens field office Manhattan New York and the officer asked me and my wife a lot of questions and we answered all very well however at the end she asked all security questions and took all the joint documents and one photo of each of us and gave us a sheet states that our case is held for review.
Before I-485 case I was dependent in I-589 pending application with my ex-wife and my son.
USICS site is still showing interview scheduled(I-485) and case received(I-130) for me and my son.
So Please let me guide in this application.
