Doubt regarding Appointment scheduling
Hello all,
My employer has applied for my H1-B last month and i think it will take another 10-15 days to get the approval back from CIS. I already see that the appointment is available only in october. But i already took the HDFC receipts, so can i go ahead and make my appointment without having the approved petition with me or should i need to have the petition with me to schedule the appointment.
Does the website asks anything regarding the petition?
