Green Card without interview
Hello everyone
Connecticut filer here. Married to USC and I received my GC last October 2019. Interview Oct 8 and approved Oct 17, 10 months after filing. Anyways I submitted my son's application that is the stepson for the USC Dec last year. PD Dec16. He's 18 years old. Last night I received notification that card in production, no interview. No EAD. I had submitted his medical with application. I'm so happy, we were really hoping not to have interview.
Only thing he was 6 weeks away from his 10 year GC because my 2 year anniversary is in June can you imagine? But hey I'm so grateful am just happy this part of the process is over.
I did both applications, me and my son by myself while doing a lot of reading and getting info from this forum. Lawyer not needed if you have a straightforward case.
