I-130 Petition for Father
Hi, I am a U.S citizen and I filed I-130 petition for my father on May/01/2021. On same date I received acknowledgment letter from USCIS Texas centre. Now on Dec/16/2021 my petition status was updated online “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS”. What does this mean, what happens next or how long it’ll take them to approve it?
