No Movement on My Case
Good morning everyone,
I am a Michigan filer and my service center is Nebraska. I applied and submit my I-751Removal of Conditions: please see my timeline below:
August 09, 2021 - Send my packet to USCIS
August 11, 2021 - Got a text from USCIS that they received my application and case was updated in their website “Case Was Received”
August 28, 2021 - Received an 18 months extension letter.
September 10, 2021. - Received another letter from USCIS for a 24 months extension
September 28, 2021 - letter from USCIS saying that my biometric was re-used.
After that no updates at all. No movement! My case in USCIS website still stuck to “Case Was Received”
I am yet to file for my N-400 this August since I already meet the requirements for the 90 day early filing calculator. But I am double thinking whether I will or not. And if I will file my N-400 what are the consequences? I need some advice please…
