My PD is 12/14/216 and REF on the 02/02/2017

I made a request to expedite the case and I have responded to additional evenidence request ( job offer), the customer service has assigned an offer for my case.
Do you know how long I have to wait? It's been more than 120 days for my EAD, but still waiting ... with hope...

I have made call for customer service every week, but I do not get an answer. They jsut don't know...

                      Hi Lavandar,
Wish I have read your message here earlier. In North Carolina, you can actually just bring your passport with 797C receipts (from USCIS), utility bill (to prove your residency address), car registration, and car insurance which includes your name, then you can take a written test and driving test SAME day! I've done lot of research and tried to call North Carolina state DMV (my god, it took me 45 mins, talked to 3 people on the phone, and they didn't know the rules.....) I brought all the document I have, even my marriage certificate (to prove change of last name) and to find out myself in person. I had to talked to the 4th person in Charlotte, NC DMV, and they agreed to let me take test. It is a joke, and very frustrating, the gov. workers can be really helpful or ... they don't care, they would say you have to wait for Green Card which is NOT true! So hopefully you can get the DL first, I just got mine 2 weeks ago, no more carrying passport everywhere... no more!!! However, the DL will expire 6 month after your PD (according to 797C receipt), you'll have to renew it, it's only $5 here for me, and since I have extra time, I would rather do the test now than later! Renew will be a lot easier than taking the whole test right? Good luck, hope this will help you out somehow.

                      • Hey, we are December filers too. Filed right after Christmas, case was input into system on 1/18/17. After the request for initial evidence was sent it it has been over 60 days since receipt already and no updates on the case. Did get the work auth though. This whole process is teeth grinding. But i guess right now its a waiting game.

                          • waiting for I-130 to be approved by USCIS Nebraska Center

My husband filed I-130 for my CR1 spousal visa in December 2016.We got the receipt after submitting the file. Still waiting for my I-130 to be approved by USCIS Nebraska Center.
I heard that Nebraska is the slowest center. Please let me know if anyone knows current processing timeline.
