      SR @ day 75

      Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well. My PD dates are June 5th for I-130, I-1765 and I-131 but for my I-485 the PD is June 6th. If my counting is correct, I can raise an SR or call my congressman August 18th. Do you think it is too early? I did my biometrics June 28th and I have not received any updates as of today.

I am filing from Chicago. My current EAD will expire in January so I definitely need the new EAD before the current one expires, otherwise I lose my job.

      Any suggestions?

That ma be true but some of us have jobs currently that they want to keep. I have my EAD card from DACA and it is expiring in January so I do not want it to get to the point where I am stressing out about it. I do not want to lose my job so sorry but I would rather call my congressman a little over 75 days because frankly, USCIS is back-logged.

I don't remember paying a fee for the EAD. EAD is always free if you are filling everything together. Plus I don't even know when they're gonna schedule my interview yet. O just hope its gonna be sometime very soon. But I am hoping to get the EAD before my interview.
