[Day 12 ]: 09/18/2017 - received Receipt for I-130 and I-765
[Day 14 ]: 09/20/2017 - received receipt for I-485
[Day 16 ]: 09/22/2017 - received biometrics for October 04, 2017
[Day 28 ]: 10/04/2017 - Bio Done
[Day 42 ]: 10/18/2017 - SR to Expedite I-765
[Day 43 ]: 10/19/2017 - “CASE HISTORY” reqs to expedite completed
[Day 44 ]: 10/20/2017 - “STATS CHANGE RFE”
[Day 50 ]: 10/26/2017 - RFE pink hard copy
[Day 58 ]: 11/03/2017 - Responsed to RFE

Yes! I can’t believe that as well. My anxiety is killing me since the day i receive my rfe. But God is Good. and i want to thank you mustang and everyone here who’s always there to answer my questions. I apreciate you all.

How to put an SERVICE REQUEST?

9/7/17 ** I sent my I 485 I 765
9/11/17 **It got signed for By Chyba in Chicago 3rd floor etc.
9/21/17 **I received 2 Notices of receipts along with Biometrics appoinment letter (3 envelopes total)
10/6/17 **completed biometrics appoinment
10/13/17 **received "notice to applicant" letter informing me , to bring my medical form to my interview or wait for "req. for ev."
10/18/17 **my online status changed from "we accepted your fingerprint fee" to "we are ready to schedule your case for an interview, we will send you a letter with interview date"

Thanks for sharing! Hopefully you’ll here something about your interview soon.

Dreamdancer : Thats just your case history so once a new status comes in you will see your old status down there totally normal .

Ajclark: Yes mine is on saturday . You can put in a SR regardless . Most of the time they dont update your status when they reviewed your RFE the online status is very unreliable because it varies on the officer some are thorough and update right away some process and never update. You can however find out about your real status calling a level two officer but I wouldnt worry about it they received it and no news is good news

Thanks mustang, i guess the officer that’s handling my case is tough at the same time can be a nice officer? Because the day i request to expedite my i-765 they change my status into rfe right away: lol. I’ll try to call them by monday. Thanks for sharing your opinion. I appreciate it.

So now, that i have this “famous” case tracker, my I 485 keeps saying “ case ready to b scheduled for an interview” but under case history it reads “we received you fingerprint fee on...” but under next steps it says “we will issue our decision and mail it to u. Any steps or action u may need to take will be on decission notice”. What does that mean? Is it old? Coz based on the status saying “ready to be scheduled for an interview”, they already decided, that case will have an interview, right? What are you all’s “next steps” saying?

I had no lawyer, i was my own “lawyer”✌️�� and put just one copy of our marriage certificate with apostille I think and marriage licence too, but only once with the I 485 and i didnt get any requests for initial or additional evidence... i dont think, they need it 50x, if its already in a package...

Lol! Thanks! Now im feeling okay that i don’t need to think about it tho.

Do you think it’ll be another rfe in my part? Because i search forums for concrurrent filling cover letters, most of the applicants put marriage license on their i-131 and i-485 but no marriage contract on their i-765 and most of them did not use atty/lawyers. Thanks

They dont send RFEs for a copy of a marriage certificate if its been send even if only once they will take a copy of it . If you would have forgotten to send it in then they would send you RFE.
And no for I-765 no marriage certificate copy is required. Its based on your pending I-485

Ohhhh! Thanks for the response mustang. Anyways its your 75’th on the coming saturday? Mine will be next monday. Do you think after receiving rfe its okay to inquire about my i-765 on my 75’th day on monday? Cause i never heard anything after i expadite mine and received an rfe after 2 days. I need your opinion if its okay

They dont send RFEs for a copy of a marriage certificate if its been send even if only once they will take a copy of it . If you would have forgotten to send it in then they would send you RFE.
