No I understand but we also can't get too impatient and want this to be over within 2 months.

The EAD processing time is 75-90 days. In my case I got it on day 144th. Almost 5 months. The interview notice I received 137th day. Just be patient, there are people who are from the Pay thread and they haven't gotten their EAD nor their interview notices. It all depends. No logarithm for this process.

Based on what I have read on here and the experiences I've had talking to the people at the immigration offices, I have very low expectations and my patience is prepared for the long haul. The encouraging part was just knowing that at least one important step in the process was made. It's easier to be patient with the Adjustment of Status. It's harder being patient waiting on the EAD, that's for sure.

    Weird “NEXT STEPS”

I sent my response for the RFE last friday and it was delivered last saturday signed by. Nothing change on my website status unless from the very bottom or my case status where it says “NEXT STEPS”, its says “we will review your response to our request and mail you our decision” but i haven’t receive anything if they receive my RFE yet or what not. And should that message be on the “CASE HISTORY” part? Or it was there since my status change that they sent me an RFE? Lol i just saw it now. )
