Yer mine still says 'fingerprint fee received' and my other 3 cases just 'case received', but my PD is Sept 18th so I figured it'll still be another month before thing starts to change hopefully.

Nothing for me. My online status changed from fingerprints fee received to ready to be scheduled for an interview long ago...so just waiting now. My employement authorization has been online stuck on "case received".. at least we didnt have any requests for any additional evidence...

So my RFE was delivered this morning and signed by someone, got curious and look for daily operation time of NBC in lee’s summit MO, i saw that they are open thru monday to saturday from 9am-8pm. Which is so cool! I thought government offices are close and not operating during week ends.

So my RFE was delivered this morning and signed by someone, got curious and look for daily operation time of NBC in lee’s summit MO, i saw that they are open thru monday to saturday from 9am-8pm. Which is so cool! I thought government offices are close and not operating during week ends.

Fingers Crossed for you! I'm hoping ours moves quickly! We've sent a letter to our Senator to get an EAD approved quicker as I have two job offers waiting for me to start!

Cool! Same here! I got an mail from the senator asking to get my personal information. Be waiting for Uscis when they receive my rfe and ill send my mail back to the senator

Oh man! Belive me it’s stressful for real! Been unemployed for a yea now and im really bored! Just hoping that what we sent is enough and process will be smooth this time. Let’s keep our faith up high and think positive!

Ours was about income also as they only take the previous years tax return as proof really she was a student and earned around 12k. But she has started a new job 2 months ago on 40k a year so assume a job offer letter would suffice but apparently not so we just got a joint sponsor instead. So hoping to hear back soon! I need to work I'm bored!

Oh okay, what’s your RFE all about? Mine was for my spouse’s tax documents. But since my spouse is already retired and not required to submit or file a tax return we submit he’s income which is not over $25k a year. he’s receiving Social Security Benefits, we also had his assets (2 homes and 2 automobile), the old house is a duplex which is being rented and the other house is for Air BnB, we submitted 3 years of his SSA BENEFITS, transaction of payment for Air BnB and the lease agreement for the rental. And we have to send the page four of form I-864, i made two copies 1 PDF and 1 Acrobat reader both signed by the petitioner at the back of the pages, also an explanation letter about not submitting tax returns and submitted a online bank statement higlighted the deposits of air Bnb and SSA Benefits. I hope it’ll be clear to them and the evidence are enough.
