Yes I love the UCSIC App where you can get all case information around your receiot numbers.
Question Mustang, My i485 still says fingerprint fee received while 90% before and after my number say case rewdy to be scheduked for interview. Cause for concern or likely a case officier that isn't keeping my info up to date?

Hi...can I ask you what app are you talking about? I looked it up in google play store (under uscis case status) and there's bunch of them coming up...which one do you guys have? can you post it's logo please?

My I-485 is in “Fingerprint fee was received ” too. I can worry about it later lol. The EAD card was scheduled to be delivered on Monday. Finally no more H1B for me! And I am gonna apply any jobs I want ! No H1B constraints anymore!

Thats why i didnt even apply for it , they call it the h1b slave visa for a reason lol . Much better off on EAD . free from the shackles

Exactly its no problem if AOS is 3-4 months and to go to your Congressman or Senators office for them to inquire about your I-485 status they get special status information and at the same time push things along . But this I would do a few weeks or month after EAD received and if its still at fingerprint fee received

Sweet. Yer I figured focus on the EAD first then deal with that after. Like you should said, it should all start falling into place over the next month and if it doesnt then probe into it.

Lol yes old time mustang 1968 , best car ever if its broken you fix it yourself no technology required. Growing up in germany we had lots of american movies and they looked so cool as a child to me and I always wanted one so yes😄

@mcsweeney : mine still says fingerprint fee received too. It could be background checks, lazy CO who forgot to update or file in line to be reviewed by CO after background checks come back. Only way to find out is talk to level two officer somehow

Goodmorning folks,our room has been quiet for 2 days now..have we gone into praying and fasting,i am very optimistic that letters of interview,EAD/AP will stat pouring in this comin week...so please lets kip the room lively,

I just said it because other people might get there hopes up because they think september fillers now start receiving there EADs . Obviously you didnt cheat but it counts as expedite not as normal processing so we cant gauge how far USCIS is with the cases.
It doesent matter how you get it but most other people here will have to wait at least 2-3 weeks before hearing good news

I dont think mustang ment it didnt count , whos first or last..thatd be silly...in the whole process it doesn't matter...its all very subjective and every case is different...but im sure, when u "expedite" something, u rushed it..so Yeah, makes sense, if you got it sooner...enjoy the feeling!!! Im not rushing for EAD..i just want my GREEN CARD!!!��

Now i feel like i cheated on you guys. Lol. We’re all on the same situation, yes i got a RFE and i’d expedited my case. Im just im so happy to share it with you all, we all worked hard for this, no matter who is the first to get an ead it doesn’t matter. I just don’t get the answer of the question “technically it didn’t count to be the FIRST to get EAD because i request to expedite”. #notmadjustconfused
