Hi, my wife is category C9, i am her US Citizen husband for 9 years. We are on day 153 and still waiting for her EAD, USCIS says she is still in line to be processed. Some people get it very fast, some people it takes forever for some reason.

That’s really BS man,it’s very unfair,i already emailed my congressman to see if he can help,probably you should do the same

Have you raised a service request yet? I think you should call them and raise a service request and let them know that your I765 application has been over 90 days and is outside the normal processing time. You should get an answer from them within 3 days of receiving your inquiry.

I already sent the inquiry and I had no response,even tried to track the number they give you and not a sign,I will call them Monday

92 days after my pd (10/31/2017), I received my ead and i131 notice today. Raised on SR on the 76th day. The ead card is on the way. Processing centre: NBC.

Wow! That was fast,USCIS recieved my case 10/13/17,NBC as well,day 116 and not a Dang sign,it really sucks

Did you speak with a 1st or 2nd tier agent? What office are you filling in?

Did you contact your congressman? Service request? I?ve been waiting 118 days and I already to start stressing out,I might lose my job if I can prove status,other people get it so quick though

I actually raised 2 SR -1 on 75 days after filing and another on 90 days,but i never got a reply back and i don?t think they really helped.

I believe so but only a day or so in advance. My case status via the app changed to EAD mailed and i131 approved on Feb 1. I got my approval notice on Feb 2nd and my EAD card on Feb 3rd.

I called USCIS on my 76th day and spoke to the first person that answered. So that's probably a Tier 1 person?
He gave me a confirmation number and told me to call them back in a month if I hadn't received an update.
Processing center is NBC. Filing from Charlotte, NC.

After seeing some folks here that touch 120 days, i would say you are half way there
