I hope so getting another medical done just in case they decide at the end I needed a new medical. It's been a long 2.5 years.

Thank you all. So far two weeks and nothing in the mail. Not even an approval notice I797. Now I'm getting worried again. Because the agent said he will approve it but some other agents will have to complete some work before I can get it hence why he I'm guessing he said expect 4-6 weeks. Looks like nobody is doing anything all over again.(c)9 AOS K1; January 23rd 2017

I guess your case and along with another's cases need to be reviewed by the supervisor. The case status at USCIS is relative reliable. I recommend you sign up the text and email notification.Originally posted by Mascarade View Post

Been there done that and can tell you USCIS is unreliable. Online still says for my I485 date of birth updated in 2017. And my recent EAD and AP which received 2 months ago still says "case was received". Did not receive a text or email for my I485 interview notice. Customer service is useless as well all they do is read the same info that you see online which is inaccurate. Hi. I had my GC interview in ATL about 3 weeks ago.. till now no news, website still shows “ interview is scheduled “ . This is an employment based GC . Don’t k ow what to do.? The interview went very well I thought but now getting stressed out... Thankyou for any suggestions anyone has to share.Comment
