It can take upto two weeks for the file to be sent to him. Its been more than a month, I haven't heard anything from USCIS and the online status still shows that your interview has been scheduled. My I 130 was approved three weeks after the interview but still no response from USCIS about my EAD or GC. I have tried calling Level 3 and Level 2 officers but it looks like they keep reading a script and keep telling me that my case is within normal timeline which is 12 months to 27 months for Washington DC office. I have been trying to get hold of someone who can provide me something about my current status but no luck. I raised the SR and they responded saying that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your case is pending at this time. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security and compliance with all relevant directives. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for your I-485 will be completed. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 60 to 90 days of this letter, you may contact our National Customer Service line using the information below or you can visit your local office by making an InfoPass appointment on our Web site at www.uscis.gov.

Is this normal, I don't know what to do?
I think it's time to contact your Senator. Sure, ISOs are probably on vacation because let's face it, they have a lot of paid time off. Your file is probably sitting at the ISO's desk.

    Reach out to your Senator.

We were asked about our identification documents and passports, how we met, when we started dating, who proposed and when and if we met each others family, how did we get married, timeline of our relationship, where do we work? The interviewer said I am very organized and he has never received this much organized documents and folder. He was looking for my I 130 application which wasn't in the package that he had because I filed I 130 separately and prior to filing my I 485. He said he is requesting the I 130 application to be sent to him from the office who has that file. It can take upto two weeks for the file to be sent to him. He took 5 pics from my album and said everything is in order and he is going to approve my application when he receives my I 130 application from Mid West office. Then he started explaining about two years conditional greed card and I 751.

Now I am awaiting for the status to change online (it's been 12 days, the interviewer said it can take upto 14 days for I 130 application) and for my Green Card.

    Interview scheduled

My interrview is scheduled despite no update and letter. We requested for fax copy which they sent to my wife. Do they write father's name in it? Because a portion of it shows my father's name and he is not applying with us

So they basically want my sponsor's w2??? Sponsor made waaayyy above 125% of poverty line in each year of the returns I submitted, so is this RFE because sponsor's W2s were not attached to the returns???

So I basically need to mail in sponsor's 2016 W2 that accompanies the federal tax return, right?

When I submitted my application, 2016 was the most recent tax year - should I also send in sponsor's 2017 W2 and returns just in case?

I just want to make sure am reading the letter correctly.. thanks guys

I submitted original IRS 2016 tax transcript of my husband who is the sponsor. I never put his 1099. I only gave them the transcript and 6 months worth of Paystubs.
My status is ?case ready for interview?
    PD is 2/22.

The USCIS loves IRS tax transcripts. So if you can get those then send them along with other tax docs you have that will help.
    awesome thank you very much
