February 2018 submission- i-130, i-485, i-765 - concurrent filing

    Awesome!!!! Congrats! We're not too far from you guys. We used to live in Ft. Walton. lol. New Orleans was about 3 hours from us. Looks like Montgomery is about 2.5 hours away. Super stoked about the interview. Ready to get it over. I want to join the Military.

    Where do you guys live? Did you have your biometrics in New Orleans also?
    We are in Shalimar, near Ft.Walton, so it was a long drive to New Orleans for biometrics.

    I am so glad you have an interview date already. When we were there in October due to lost RFIE, the immigration officer was really nice, but the told us that wait time for interview is 12 months to 24 months, so I'm hoping for interview before next summer and not spring 2021 :-(
    Awesome! well be looking out for something soon! Gives you a little hope. I was getting very impatient. lol. Everything seems to have went quicker than I thought it would.

    3/10/18 - Received appointment for Biometrics
    3/20/18 - Biometrics completed
    4/6/18 - Raised SR to have EAD expedited due to job offer
    4/13/18 - Faxed proof of job offer
    4/18/18 - Status for I-485 changed to Case is Ready to be Scheduled for Interview
    5/2/18 - Status for I-765 changed to Card has been produced.
    5/4/18 - Status for I-765 changed to Card has been mailed.
    5/7/18 - EAD received today by US Postal Service. Received Tracking number also via email.
    5/8/18 - Tracked my EAD. Says itll be delivered tomorrow by 8pm.
    5/9/18 - Received EAD
    5/12/18 - Received Social Security card
    5/21/18 - I-131 received by USCIS
    6/1/18 - Received Notice of Action, I-797C
    9/21/18 ? Status Change. AP approved
    9/25/18 - Received Notice of Action, I-797C
    11/3/18 ? Received status change. ?Interview Was Scheduled ?
    Well received the date for my interview on Friday. We are scheduled for December 14th, one day before we leave on our cruise. Go figure. lol Thanks you guys for everything.

    Yes, their system is very disjointed and very manual. They have to poke around a lot to get any information.

    So, I called USCIS and they stated because the interview was just scheduled it doesn't show in their system. WEIRD. If it's scheduled, why wouldn't it be in the system. He said it could take up to 2 weeks. Have you ever heard of that?

    Immigration judge granted adjustment of status at individual hearing

    Immigration judge granted my adjustment of status with filing is citizenship and withdraw my asylum case. So should I just wait for green card ? Or do I need to do info pass to summit what immigration judge granted letter to USCIS? Help me

    Congratulations on your interview! Dec 15th is a Saturday. You could call and ask the date if you really want to know. By the way, many have found this thread very useful in preparing their evidence for their initial AOS filing and interview. https://www.immihelp.com/forum/showt...interview-tips
