For what I?ve been reading, National benefits center is the one who processes EAD and Advance Parole, so when you change your address to another field office jurisdiction is your interview for GC the one that might get delayed.
As I applied for EAD and AP almost 6 weeks later, I?m getting schedule interview before EAD/AP 3 weeks after moving to another state.c9 AOS Omaha, NE.

Confusing dates
Hello Everyone,
So I talked this morning to a USCIS officer, to expedite my EAD application.. I asked her about the dates on my case since everything was received on 09/17. She said no for your I-765 your PD is 10/09 which doesn?t make any sense to me since I received the I-797C in September for all 4 forms.
I have no idea about how they work on the cases, but it?s definitely not fair. People from January 2019 got the interview scheduled while people from September and November are still waiting for just an update on their cases.
I?m at 169 days of wait and it?s just so frustrating... !!!09/15/18 : Package sent
09/17/18 : Package received
10/30/18 : Bio Done
11/28/18 : Fingerprints completed
02/11/19 : Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

Same here, I wish to know how they process cases. I spoke to L2 officer back on Feb and he said each case is assigned to an officer from the beginning and some of them have a lot of work to do and some takes PTO and thats why some people their cases got delay. Other thing he said that might affect the processing time is the background check. Be patient nothing we can do and I am in my 180 day and going to lose my job on March 18 if I do not receive my EAD.F1 OPT to AOS

10/4/2018 we are processing the fingerprints for your Form I-765

Card in Production
Got an email yesterday that my EAD is in production, my PD is 9/18.
We did exepdite (expedited mid Feb, faxed evidence 2/18), which I think helped, since my card was produced the day after we got an email saying that they received the evidence to my expedite (job offer and husband being deployed overseas soon).
I wasn?t expecting it because two officers told me that my EAD was put on hold since my green card interview is coming up (3/18)... guess you never know!

Card in Production
PD is 9/4, got notice that my I765 was in production today. No expedite, no calling just plain old waiting it out! I?m just wondering what to do now, my attorney only filed I765 no I131. I really need to travel for work in July, just wondering if I should file I131. Can?t ask Attorney cause she retired on me!!

I?m appalled with the job of so many lawyers honestly...I?ve seen many people getting FREs for basic mistakes with lawyers. Not applying for I-131 is silly. He should have advised you - that?s why you pay him for!C9 NY
