I 485, parole or H/L

I am in US and submitted I 485 form and received Receipt No and A No. My I94 expired on 5th April 2008. It may take some time before I get the Green Card. Meantime I wish to go out of US for a few weeks. What should I do.

If you are on valid unexpired H or L visa stamp, you can use that. Other wise, take advance parole. Details at
