April 2019 Filers - AOS - Green Card here we come :)

we sent our documents on April 30. Received I797C saying I-I30 petition received. No other notifications came in the mail. Do I have to receive spectate notification letters for concurrently filed AOS?

I-130 notice of action came on petitioners name .
I-765 , I-131, I-485 will come on beneficiary’s name .

yes you will receive 3 more NOA .

That would be great if we keep informing each other here as our status is exactly the same. hopefully we get our letters soon. I do not know why it takes so long for some people whereas it takes only a week for some in between their receipt and biometrics

130 notice came so quickly whereas I am still waiting for the others. Is it normal?

Just go to usps website make account and start using informed delivery . It’s free of charge and evry morning between 8:00 am to 9:00 am you will receive an email from usps in which scan of the mail envelopes will be there .

I just seen in feb filers group one guy got 2 NOA in one round and the other 2 after 1 week

Yups . But my opt is going to end after 2 months .can i work after that if I haven’t receive ead gc till then?

mine was transferred from Chicago to Lee Summit MO and i received NOAs on 25th day after filing, PD April 16 on all of them.Form I-485 shows on may 6 we received fingerprint fee.Is your i-485 shows the same?

sorry i just noticed that you still waiting for your i-485.I called them on may 7th and they gave me all receipt numbers. I gave them my DOB,Name etc... and the nice girl on the other end was able to retrieve everything for us.

Thank you very much! Very helpful. I already created an account and it shows nothing scanned. On my online profile they say they sent a mail for all cases but I have not received them yet. Not sure what to do.

Nope, can't work. I am in the same boat, my EAD expired this week and I'll just have to wait until my new one comes.

Priority Date: April 25
Received NOAs on mail: May 6
Received Biometrics Letter: May 10
Biometrics Appointment: May 23

thanks for sharing your timeline. We just received I-130 receipt. And on our online status they said they sent a letter but it has been 2 weeks that I have not receipt my letters. Do I need to concern?
